Your mission
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager in our Saarbrücken office to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive solution seeker with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in our office, supporting our team in their daily (digital) work processes, and assisting with ongoing People & Culture projects.
Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the office is well-organized.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Team Support
Assist with scheduling and organizing team meetings, events, and activities.
Serve as the point of contact for questions regarding travel arrangements and other (digital) workplace-related topics.
Administration and managing the inventory of company hardware.
People & Culture
Foster a positive work environment through assisting with onboarding new employees.
Support the People & Culture team with recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
Organization and management of tasks to create a positive employee experience.
Your profile
In this position, you are the central hub of the office, where you can build strong professional relationships. It allows you to get an understanding of the company structure and the chance to learn about the exciting world of Trustworthy AI. Qualifications
Experience as an Office- or Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus.
